Anne Hughes was joined by Alex Cummings and Sarah Grant of SAMH to discuss a partnership project with the Co-op, and in collaboration with two other organisations, that focused on mental health and wellbeing, involving fundraising and service development.
Sarah, who coordinated the project, explains how it evolved from fundraising to service activation. Alex also emphasizes the holistic approach of the project, which included collaboration with other charities and a focus on local community needs. The project involved designing and implementing services based on local needs, with a focus on system change.
